Currently, learners have to manually click on the choose view icon on the course player and then click on compact to be able to view the SCORM package but it should be like this from default. Either that, or make it clearer to new users that this needs to be done.
Make it so that the 'Compact' option on the Next Gen Learner Experience course player can be turned on portal wide, or for a specific department template.
Yes, PLEASE! The default view of the new interface is super annoying and takes up a lot of real estate. If we're forced to use the new learner experience, can we at least have the option to minimize the frame to the compact view by default?
