Ability to Exclude in Course Enrollment Rules Merged

Could we get the ability to exclude a certain group of people from seeing a course by adding a "Is Not" option under course enrollment rules? You can refine the rule to only include the groups/departments you want but if you grow and create more groups/departments then you have to go back into each course to adjust the settings.

Agree - this would be very helpful for us as we develop a few Whitelabled microsites for different departments and would like certain departments to see only certain courses.

This would really help us and I'd vote for this as many times as necessary. It seems like such a basic thing to include "is not" when selecting a group or a department. We use Groups to group our learners based on their course needs. We have set up many groups. Sometimes we want to allow all of our learners except a couple of groups to self-enroll in the course. It would be easier to use an "is not" for those two groups than it would to use "is" and list all of our groups except for two of them. The "is not" selector is a feature for when selecting an email address, but not Groups. It seems like a big miss to me.
