As an FDA-regulated industry, it is critical that we record the Course Version number when an enrollment is completed for Standard Operating Procedures. The Course Activity report supports this requirement, but when creating a new course, an extra step is always required to set the initial Course Version (1.0, for example). It is easy to forget this step, and it's not something I can follow up on as this field is not available in any Course-related reports, not even in Analyze.
