Our talent development team is creating courses that would be available to employees after one year. Currently, the course enrollment rules only allow hire date self-enrollment rules to be before and after a specific date, but that doesn't allow a time frame to be added. Our goal is to set up a course to be available to second-year hires to self-enroll, but wouldn't make it visible to the ones who haven't reached that benchmark.
