Some of our accredited agencies require certificates to include the training hours. Learner Time tag was not an option when customizing our certificate. We had to remove it completely from the certificate.
Currently there is no 'X' available on curriculums that would take you back to the learner dashboard. User's have to use either the navigation menu or they have to click the company logo to get back to their 'Home' page.

Right now, enrollment keys can only assign users to a department. We need them to allow users to be assigned to a group as well. This will make a better process for both learner and admin.

I just loaded a bunch of trainings and marked several users as "Complete", but the Reviewer is still seeing them as "Not Ready" in the Reviewer Experience. If the course is complete, the employee shouldn't even show up in the Reviewer Experience!

Add "mark course as inactive" alongside the other righthand actions menu of the courses report. This enables easier clean up for admins who already determined which courses are up for deactivation
The ability to un-enroll from an ILC Course would enable learners to change their mind not only at the session level but the course level as well without the need for administrative intervention
Leaderboard points captured/transferred when merging a user with 2 accounts
Currently when a user has 2 accounts and you merge them only the primary email Leaderboard points are retained and a manual fix is then required to add in all the missing points.
