Add email notification to the collaborations tool

I'm not sure if I'm missing a setting somewhere but I think it would be really useful to receive an email notification when someone comments on a post in the collaborations tool (like in lots of other areas in Absorb). I don't expect our learners ...

Add rich text editor to the Manage Questions section of the Assessment builder.

It would be nice to have more options for editing text when you're creating quizzes and tests (bold, bullets/numbering, different color text, etc).

For Internal Learners, only bill/charge for active learners at the end of month/year.

During the Summit, two Clients mentioned that they have to delete inactive learners in order to avoid being charged. This causes them to have to export the inactive learners transcripts prior to deleting them.

Add default branding to system messages/e-mails

It would be very nice to have some default branding (colors, logo) on the system messages that are sent out as emails. Would be helpful if the visual look would not have to be created from scratch.

Automatically mark attendance in an ILC from Zoom Attendee Report

Today it take a lot of time to go through the zoom attendee report and match them up with the attendees to mark attendance. It would be good to be able to import the report and have it auto mark the ILC (or at least do 90% of it)
