Should create a messaging tool saying that the External Training certificate is about to expire and they should reupload a new certificate. This will help learners remember to get their external certs again and upload them on the regular basis.

When a user views the course catalog, allow an expanded view to see courses within each category. This is currently what it looks like but would be easier to see everything if there was a hierarchy/tree view instead of just the category folders.
