Add Sum of displayed Credit hrs in User Transcript

Transcript shows credit hrs earned, but no sum. While there's also no filter ability to select completions between specific times, a Sum of total credits would be a great start.

Syllabus feature for ILC Courses

Similar to the online course model, it would be nice to create a syllabus section for ILC courses as there are other learning objects that I would want to include but can't and the only work around is creating an additional course.
