Single page, Featured Course order Management

It would be nice to have a screen that lists all featured courses where you could manage the sort order at once with move up/down buttons.

Update characters for names

Currently there are issues with special characters in names (accents, etc.). We are uploading large CSV files of users and any person with an accent in their name will have that letter replaced with multiple characters instead.
