We would like to add resources that are specific to LMS Admins, specifically Manager reporting. Today, there is no easy way to made resources available only to learners with Admin equals yes or Supervisors.
Thank you for sharing your idea with us. After careful consideration, we’ve determined that we are unable to prioritize this suggestion at this time. While we recognize its value, our current roadmap commitments and resource constraints prevent us from pursuing it in the near future.
That said, Cheri is correct, you can create a custom field that will appear as an option when setting up a rule, allowing you to achieve this requirement.
Please know that your idea remains in our repository, and we will revisit it as we continue exploring improvements to resources, including the ability to select "Is Admin" as part of the rule.
Your feedback is instrumental in shaping our platform, and we truly appreciate your contribution.
Hi. We have done this using a custom field. In the portal settings, we added an "Is Admin?" custom field. When a user is being created, that setting is switched to "yes" if they are an admin. We can then use that custom field in rules for resources, courses, etc.
