ILT Courses - prevent enrolling the same user twice

Currently, when enrolling a user to an ILT course - there is no validation to prevent or let the admin know they are already enrolled. This exists for online courses and I suggest the same should apply for ILT courses.

Without this, we have had users attend the same training multiple times - then when coming to update the records - see that they have already attended and completed.

The current solution involves a lot of manual checking prior to enrolling - this validation feature would reduce the time involved and ensure greater accuracy.

Thank you for sharing your idea with us. After careful consideration, we’ve determined that we are unable to prioritize this suggestion at this time. While we appreciate the value of your request, our current roadmap commitments and resource limitations prevent us from pursuing it in the near future.

Please know that your idea remains in our repository, and we will revisit it as we continue exploring improvements to enrollments. Specifically, preventing users from being enrolled in an ILC course multiple times.

Your feedback plays a vital role in shaping our platform, and we sincerely appreciate your contribution.

We have this happen often. And though our admins do check for past enrollment/completions, at times they are provided a list of employees in which a Supervisor wants all to be enrolled.

Not only does it involve a lot of manual checking prior to enrollment- if the admin does not select Re-enroll, the user appears as Complete in the Mark Attendance and Manage Grades & Attendance (plus User Enrollment). In addition to taking up a seat in the class, and preventing someone else from Enrolling. So times it is not noticed until the day before the class starts, and it is too late to enroll someone else.
