Whatever is uploaded onto the course (for example a signed checklist) as a course upload should show on the transcript for the user. That way they have access to it.(the documentation with the course)
So they could click on the transcript and see the uploaded documents they had to complete and resubmit without double approval or moving it to external training
When a user leaves and is removed from the system, all of their data is lost (obviously). It would be really useful if there was a download all documents/certificates option in the users area, that way we could 'archive' the user, keeping a copy of their transcript and documents in one zip file. This could be kept as a record of their training in case of future auditing.
