In our system we have admins on country level which have user management access for a group. In our case the group is the country. When they try to create a group, they are able to do this. But the problem is: They don't see their new group in the list and they are not able to edit the group, because their user management is limited to one group (which is in this case their country). For our country admins this is very confusing and I see room for improvement, as well.
For us this is a huge need as well. We have cases
- where admins need to be able to manage multiple groups because the users can not logically be combined into one
- where admins need to be able to create own groups out of users belonging to a bigger group (e.g. admin is responsible for whole country but needs separate group with only sales people from this country)
This is massively important and needed. We have learning and development teams that need to look after multiple groups, but the groups are in different geos with different focuses and can't be combined into one large group.
