Due to our current roadmap commitments and resource constraints, we are unable to prioritize the ability to bulk assign via a spreadsheet list at this time. However, please rest assured that we will keep this idea in mind and revisit it as we continue evaluating improvements to bulk course enrollments.

We are available of the Enroll Users after selecting multiple users but that only works if you have an easily identifiable audience based on one of the filters. Some of our courses have learners across the company but based on system usage. Being able to bulk assign via a spreadsheet list of users is what we are looking for.

You can access this enhancement by going to the users report. From there, you can click the option to select all rows, then click on "Enroll Users" on the right side. After that, you can choose the course you’d like to enroll all users in. Please see the screenshot below for reference.

Can we please prioritize this for 2025? We often have people self-enroll in an ILT which requires more content than we can provide within the ILT, so we have to manually transfer all students who enrolled in the ILT into the online course. This can be updwards of 400+ students, so to do this manually is tedious. It would be great to be able to export all learners in the ILT and then drop them into the associated online course AND collaboration board.
