We need more Course Admin - Course Visibility options. It is either All Admins or by Department. We need to choose by role (specifically by System Admin only) and/or have the ability to list the specific admins and/or select by Group. This will allow restriction for courses that do not need to be accessible in any way by others (no view, edit, assign, etc). We have courses that are based on licenses and if someone viewed it as an admin or assigns to someone when they shouldn't, those paid licenses will be used up by the wrong people.
