It would be nice to have the option to remove the "Absorb Academy" and "View Support Site" menu options from the admin side. We are an enterprise client and do not want our clients reaching out directly to Absorb for support. Having these options sometimes confuses clients. We were able to edit where the "Contact Us" button goes which is great, would be nice to edit or change the rest as well. Thanks!

We need the ability to limit the access to the support site. We have over 1000 admins with varying levels of access, but none of them should be creating tickets with Absorb, just the superadmins. Please add the option to limit that access.
