Currently a message for enrollment, completion, and nudges only get sent to users with emails; however, we have several users without emails that require training and need the ability to email their supervisor upon enrollment. The messaging function should work without requiring the enrolled user to have an email. Without this capability we are required to send out training messages outside of Absorb.
I found the option, nvm.
There is the option to send custom failure messages to supervisors, this should also be made available on enrollment. We find that our users often fail to complete things despite nudges. If their supervisors were aware of their enrollments and failures, I think would make for an easier job for us admins.
We have the same situation where many users do not have an email address listed. In addition to this suggestion, it would be nice to be have the ability to send different emails to the Learner versus the Supervisor. For example, there could be an enrollment email message for the Learner, and another email message for the Supervisor.
