File attachment in message templates

The message templates on the system have link or add image options, but not attachment. If I want to send a document to new enrolled people, I would find an alternative way with current options.

New File Manager: More usage information

The list view within the file manager, with the small thumbnails is a great view, but we need more usage information, like date updated, last accessed, placement in active courses/inactive courses, etc.
