Add a message to users when a course is added/revised in a curriculum

We often use curriculums to group feature training and keep courses organized. When we add a new feature lesson, it goes into a previously existing curriculum, but learners are not notified that a new course is added.

Separate Course Comments and Ratings

In the new course player, course ratings and comments appear under the same tab under "Reviews". These should be separated to allow for more flexibility in use cases for comments.
