Track which Admin enrolled the learner in a course

Currently, enrollment history is not retained by the system, except for the enrollment method. In the case of admin enrollments, it would be helpful to know which admin enrolled the user.

FAQ deep link

Add the ability to grab the deep link for an FAQ from within the Admin FAQ page/editor. The only other way to grab them now is to search for it and grab it from the search results - you can't get it from the FAQ learner page.
