nudge email default

the nudge email when turned on for the first time the "max nuges required" should default to 1 (currently it's zero). That way if you forget to put a number it has at least gone out once.

Sort Settings for ILC Session Details

It would be useful to be able to sort/filter/change settings for the Sessions listed under Session Details when editing an ILC. We have a lot of sessions and it would be easiest to see them by date instead of title of the class.
