Show Inactive Users on Credits Report

Please show inactive users on the credits report. There are times we need to deactivate users but still report how many completions we have on a course- we use the credits report to show completions on multiple courses on a single report.

Welcome/Home Page Label Customisations

When an admin adds new content containers to the welcome page (Setup > Templates), it would be useful to be able to change the label text. e.g. Add Featured Courses ribbon but call it 'Featured' or remove the label altogether.

Update customizable text in header to include custom fields

On the learner dashboard, we'd like to be able to customize the welcome message by using custom fields. Right now, we can only customize using standard fields.
