Need extra field when setting up a new venue

Often times we will have the same venue but have different classrooms identified for the ILT sessions. Need an additional field that automatically shows within the email templates to direct students to the correct classroom location.

User Feedback Report/Course Evaluations

Is it possible to add/request for additional columns for user feedback report? I actually want to know evaluations at a per session and course type level. This seems tedious since I have to go through each course one by one.
