Transcribe Video Notification

When using the auto transcribe for an online course that contains a video learning object, there needs to be a notification to let the admin know that the transcription process is complete.

Allow learners to re-submit quiz answer if wrong

Our learners must score 100% on exams. When they get a question incorrect, it would be great to give them the ability to re-answer the question without having to take the entire exam and start all over again.
