Mass upload Group users

Hello, There desperately needs to be a feature added allowing admins to upload an Excel/CSV with multiple users to create a group. We have instances where there are hundreds of users and the current functionality requires us to add one at a time.

Learner see all enrollments (historic and active)

Allow learners to see entire training history not just active enrollments. If they take Course A in 2017 and then again in 2021, show both on the user transcript. Currently only Admins can see both enrollments.
